Open House Lancashire
As seen in South-East England
Like many people, John and Elizabeth wanted a bigger kitchen space than their terraced house in Sussex had to offer. By knocking through the wall that divided the kitchen and the old living room they were able to create a larger space and achieve the open plan living that they wanted. A true Open House… They had a kitchen that was in desperate need of an upgrade. In fact the original Victorian Copper was still in place….
“We wanted a kitchen that was both modern but wouldn’t feel out of place in our Victorian house – the best of both worlds really”
They chose the Lancashire Kitchen one of our heritage ranges, an updated Shaker design, in which the colour and design perfectly matched their brief.
We also provided them with a beautiful walnut worktop, which they also used as a breakfast bar in the area where the dividing wall used to fall.
“We’ve got a young family, so it was important that all the doors and worktops would clean as easily as possible”
Our Lancashire kitchen was a great choice as it works perfectly with the period features left in the house whilst also looking fantastic next to wooden floors and the stunning Open House acrylic splashback.
With our new easy to install cabinets fitting was a doddle, as their installer found out on his first day on site.
“I love working with the new Open House range- it’s great to fit and my clients are always happy – which makes me happy…”
